Printer Queue Will Not Clear

Please help someone, for some reason my network printer queue will not clear
after dcouments have been printed. The HP1200 LaserJet printer is connected
to the TCP/IP Wndows 2000 network via an HP170x print server. Any
suggestions wil be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried stopping and starting the print spooler service? Are you
sure you have the correct driver installed?

I am having the same problem on a win 2000 server. I have stopped and started
the printer spooling service, but this did not solve it. Would you mind
letting me know if you manage to solve this problem.

i also have the same prooblem with a status" PRINTED".on windows 2000
client.beside i reformatted the hard disk. it work very good for a while, but
it start to act weardly. the sttus is "PRINTED". please help.
