Printer port does not show up in Device Manager

I was trying to troubleshoot why my printer wouldn't
print (won't print test page or any document), and found
that my 'ports' section isn't listed in the device
manager (I got to the check your port section of the
general troubleshoot).

However, when I checked out the ports tab under 'Printers
and faxes'/file/'server properties' ports 1-3 show up.
Whats going on here?

How do I determine that (Sorry, my computer knowledge is
just abouve minimal)? Thanks.
