printer not printing correctly

Hi folks,
me again,and I have omitted "pdf" in the title this time as Lem kindly
mentioned before.
Anyway,I have uninstalled the HP psc 2170 printer and aim to re-install it.
But I have done a search in "All files and folders" on my computer and there
appears to be still files of the printer recognised on the my computer,and
here is the list

I was thinking that the my computer needs to have no trace of the previous
installation,so would it be ok to delete all that is on the list?

If it's an All in One unit, HP probably have an uninstall utility on their
website.
