Printer driver Deployment

I Have about 40 new printers coming into my company. Does anybody know how to
install the driver on my server to several PC's at the same time by running a
script or mass deployment tool? Please help. Thanks
 
Some printers will require their full setup application to complete before a
printer can be attached.

As a consequence one requires specific information prior to giving a
'correct' reply. Elswise eveything written could be correct and also could
be iincorrect!
