Printed document notification

I am running Windows XP and print to a printer on our
Windows NT network. Everytime I print something, I get
this little yellow dialog box that appears out of the
notification area of the task bar. At some point I
inadvertently turned this "feature" on and cannot figure
out how to shut it off. It's driving me crazy! The window
says...

"This document was sent to the printer"
Document name: 'Microsoft Word - Document1'
Printer name: (network path & printer name)
Time Sent: (current time and date)
Total pages: 2

Can anyone help me turn this off?

I do not think it is related to the "Windows Messenger
Service" as I have stopped that service and I still get
this annoying little notification.

Please help,
Kyle

Kyle, I'm so glad you found the solution to your problem. However, I wish you had shared the answer with the group as I'm having the exact same problem you described and I still haven't figured out how to fix it. I posted the question a few days ago, but have not gotten any responses. I have turned the print notification off at the workstation level, but my server admin doesn't want to turn it off on the server as others appreciate the notification. Is there anything I can do to turn off the printer notification from a network printer on my workstation? Thanks to anyone who can help!

Kathleen
