Print Underline Strike-through

I have been tracking changes in a Word document and would like to print the
document, showing the changes in in underline strike-through format. I have
tried several things, nothing of which works, except individually making the
changes. The document is over 30 pages and this would be time consuming. I
can see the changes in this format in the Print View Normal, but can not
print them in this way.
HELP!

In the Print dialog, make sure you have "Document with markup" selected.
Note, however, that there have been some reports (I think) of Word printing
balloons even when you have them disabled in the document.
