I have Microwave analysis software running under DOS 6.22 from HTBasic
but have a Canon S600 printer, the DOS o/s is on a separate partition
from Win98se FAT 32. Is there any way to print the output using my Win98
only printer?

Can you run it in a DOS box under Win98 (shouldn't matter which
partition anything is on)? If so, see this page for inspiration:
"Print from WPDOS to Any Windows Printer: Ghostscript Method"
<http://www.columbia.edu/~em36/wpdos/anyprinter.html>
Most of these tools will work under Win3.1 too (There is a GhostScript
driver for the S600, see
<http://www.linuxprinting.org/database.html>).
