print to A4, a smaller size than A4

Hi,
I prepare a book, and book size is smaller than A4 (16,2 W and 23.7 H).
I want to print to A4 but it must be centered either horizontally and
vertically in the A4. I didin't make it. It always start to print from top
left an so the right and bottom there are unwanted blank.

On the other hand when I convert it to pdf, it is horizontally centered but
vertically still is in top. so in this time only the bottom there is an
unwanted blank.

I hope I can explain it. Shortly I want a smaller size print process which
should center in the A4.

2. As a second way I tried to use the page border but it is ridiculous that
It doesn't permit to increase the margin above the 31 pt which equals
approximately 1.3 cm. But I need at least 6 cm margin.

You will need to use A4 paper and change your margins (not page border) in
the File | Page Setup dialog.
