Print Titles: "Rows to repeat at top:" option is greyed out.

The "Rows to repeat at top:" and "Columns to repeat at left:" options are
both greyed out in the sheet tab in the print settings menu. Any idea why or
how to fix?
(using Excel 2000 SP3)

do you have grouped sheets (e.g. do you see [grouped] in the caption )

Go to the File Menu to choose Page Setup.
Don't choose Setup from the Print Preview Window.
That should fix it.

Some items are grayed out in that case.

Go through File>Page Setup>Sheet

This worked for me. THANKS!! (In Excel 2007, Page Layout tab -> little arrow bottom right gets you to "Page Setup". Here you can select, but not in "Page Setup" from Print Preview. Go figure.
