I keep getting this warning message in the event viewer:
"The print spooler failed to reopen an existing printer connection because
it could not read the configuration information from the registry key %1. The
print spooler could not open the registry key. This can occur if the registry
key is corrupt or missing, or if the registry recently became unavailable."
I'll get between 2-6 consecutive warnings at startup.I have no problems
printing.I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling the print driver.I also tried
suggestions from the Event Log Online Help.Any suggestions?

I had the same thing. Does it actually just say "%1", or does it give a
registry path. In my case, it gave a path, and I just had to create the
key. No more errors.

Go to HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-18\Printers. Right click and create a new key
named 'Connections'. I think that is all you need.
