Print Spool 32

My print spool 32 isn't letting the printer work. It
gives me the AC Monitor LX63 (which is my printer,
Lexmark X 63) we down loaded the drivers for XP Home
Edition from their website. What can I do to down load
this particular item to correct the windows program.
The cause was a patch they had me download for Roller
Coaster Tycoon 2 that messed up th print spool according
to the Compaq Customer Service people.

It's a Lexmark.

Follow Bruce Sanderson's instructions on how to COMPLETELY remove a Lexmark
printer and then reinstall it.

Pay particular attention to his special section on Lexmarks.

After the cleanup, reboot the PC, download a new set of software drivers
from the Lexmark website and install the software. Do NOT reconnect the
printer until the software tells you to do so.

I sincerely doubt the patch for Roller Coaster Tycoon was the problem.
