Print Settings not carrying over to other users

We have a large workbook that is passed among many users via shared network
folders. User A modifies the file, including the print settings. When User B
opens the file, the print settings aren't necessarily what User A set them to
(ie, sometimes they are, sometimes not). The differences are always between
the paper size, orientation, margins, and page breaks.

Is this a quirk of Excel, something with our network, or an issue with user
print settings? How do we fix it?

Thanks,

In Shared Workbooks, excel creates a View for every user which can be
seen through Menu View, Custom Views. Views for different users may
be different for print settings, save positions etc. The best way to
keep the print settings uniform for everyone is to write a Macro and
provide a Button for printing.
