print selected reports

I'm new to Access. I have created billing statements from data tables in
Access 2003. How can I print only the reports that show balances OTHER THAN
ZERO in the balance due field? In other words, I don't want to print those
statements that show zero balances. Save on paper, you know! Thanks.

You can create a totals query that caculates the balance due. Add this
totals query to your report's record source and set a criteria that doesn't
print statements where the balance =0.
