Print Screen Key not Working

My Print Sreen Key Is not working.
It does not copy any image to the clipboard.
How can I can determine if this is a hardware Issue,
is there a way to find out by using the
Command Promt if so Please let me know.

ALL Other keys seem to b functioning fine except for this.
(This keyboard uses software for other shotcut keys like E-mail and Internet
which are working fine)

ok ok used the on board keyboard and this works, gess I have a
hardware problem, is there any way to definately varify this
