I have used this successfuly lots of times but now I am
unable to get the Alt+PrtScrn to reliably select the
active document window. It is functioning in the same way
as the PrtScrn on its own. Help please

Does the alt key work with other applications? Have you tried the other alt
key as well? Have you tried a new keyboard?
