Print screen function quit working

Print screen has worked up until recently. Now when I do an ALT+PrtScn
OR just a PrtScn, when I go into Word and do a CTRL+V, nothing
happens. If I reboot my computer, it works fine once and then will not
work again. Any ideas?

Does pasting into Paint or Wordpad work? Or is it just Word that's funky?

I find that happens with some programs. It seems to sometimes lose the
print screen capture when opening another program. But it has always worked
if I first open the program I want to paste to and then do a print screen.
You can minimize it to the task bar while you do your desired print screen
capture. Try it that way and let use know.
