print preview window

print preview window pops up on everything I print....How
can I turn this off for use only when I call for it ????

Are you talking about Word, Excel, or some other application?
You might want to repost your query in an MS Office newsgroup
to get the best replies.
 
Sometimes the "preview" screen is part of the printer setup and generated by
the printer software... having nothing to do with whatever app is sending to
the printer or whether a preview has been requested.

go to CONTROL PANEL>>PRINTERS and right click on your printer to select
properties.... look around for a "print preview" check box option... and
uncheck it.
