Print Preview Toolbar

I inherited an old program that uses Access 97. New users run a setup program that copies the runtime modules to their computer. On one user's machine the print preview toolbar does not show up. Is there a way to get the toolbar to show up using only the runtime modules. The program runs on an mde file.

Does the PC have a printer driver installed - if not you
won't get a print preview appearing. Unless you have the
original mdb you won't be able to break into the mde in
order to add a new toolbar
 
The PC does have a print driver installed. The user said it was working a couple of weeks ago, but for some reason the print preview toolbar stopped showing up. Any suggestions you might have will be greatly appreciated.
