Print Preview Problem

Dear all,

I am using excel 2003.
When I choose preview the document, it prompt me the error and need to
recover excel or send error log.
But When I choose Print directly, it is OK.
What is the problem in preview the document??
I have changed to choose another printer as default, still the same error.
