Print Preview Problem

I have posted an excel spreadsheet that colleagues access
through Internet Explorer. When the spreadsheet is
accessed the print preview command is no longer on the
menu, BUT print preview is available in Excel and Internet
Explorer normally.

Help!!

MOS Excel Expert (not expert enough!)
 
Have you tried right clicking on the menu bar to see if
print preview button became inactive for what ever reason?
