Print Preview Multiple Page Icons

I'm trying to find the multiple page icons (one page, two page, multiple
pages), or the menu pick - View, Pages... to place in a custom toolbar. Is
this not available, or am I just not looking in the right place while in
Customize?

I went through this a long time ago. Here's a little trick:
Right-click on a menu>select customize... Check the Print Preview toolbar.

Hold down a Ctrl key and drag the icons to your toolbar. That will make a
copy of each one.
