Print outside margins error in Word xp

User created a custom paper size in Word (8.5 X 5.5") and
adjusted margins to .6 left and .6 right.

When sending to print user gets an error

"the margins of section 1 are outside the printable area
of the page"

We adjust margins but continue to get this error. How can
we rectify this so that we do not see this error message
on requesting a print?

You need to setup a corresponding paper size in the printer dialog
Windows Start > Printers & Faxes > File > Server Properties > Forms
or simpler still
Use a standard larger paper size in Word and make up the difference with
margins.
