Print Out Problems from query

I wonder if you can help me with this matter.
Every time I click the print out icon on the query the was created I got the
following window message:
“You do not have the necessary permissions to use the ‘___’ object. Have
your system administrator or the person who create this object establish the
appropriate permissions for youâ€

In addition, I when I click the print previous on the query I got the
following window message:
“The Open Report action was canceledâ€

Could you please tell me how I can fix t his problem because the person who
creates this query has run out of ideas?

Not sure how to address the actual error, but you should be aware that
reports are designed for printing, not queries.

Build a report based on your query, then print the report. Reports allow
you to control the margins, headers, footers, etc. You can't do all of that
with a query.
