Print Orientation Problems

I have a user using Windows 98 and Outlook 2000. The page layout is set to
print portrait, but every once and awhile, the email will print landscape. I
have other computers that are set up the same and they print fine, but I
can't figure out why this one randomly prints landscape.

What are you printing? Attachments can contain their own print settiings.

It usually does it when there are attachments, but somtimes there isn't an
attachment when it does it. Is there any way to make each attachment print
portrait automatically or do you have to change it manually for each email.

I don't know enough about the interaction between Outloko and Windows Print
Services, but I don't know of any settings in Outlook (other than those
under File>Print) that would control that.
