Print option for "banner"

Is there a way to print a banner? The print options in Windows 98 used to
include an option for printing a banner, I can't find it in XP.
 
Word has no banner printing function - try Publisher.
The print options are determined by the printer driver. Windows XP and 98
use different drivers.
