Print non-standard monthly view?

I am told Outlook (2000) won't print a non-standard appt. calendar (i.e.
June 23-July 22). Does anyone know of an addin program that would do this?
If not, how about an inexpensive (or freeware) program that can import from
Outlook and then print the calendar.

I saw that but I figured that since it was about 6 years old it was probably
not compatible. I'll give it a try though.

I downloaded the version for Word 2000 but I confess, I have absolutely no
idea how to use it. I emailed the author but have not heard anything back.
