Print Margin Error in Word 2003

I am using Lexmark Z45 to print document from Word 2003 - SP1
You may also try to see if this problem exists in your Word 2003:
I customized the paper size to 21cm X 33cm,
as Lexmark Z45 is a A4 sized printer, I supposed this setting will not cause
any trouble.
After I clicked "OK", a message pop up asking me to fix the margins.
When I clicked "Fix", strange thing happens,
the margins were set to 2.54cm for top (it's ok), but the other 3 sizes have
problems:
34.27cm for bottom;
11.14cm for both left and right.
If I manually correct the unreasonable values to my default, it keeps on say
my margin has exceeded printable area.
I think it is a calculation bug in Word 2003.
Do you guys has the same problem? Please discuss. Thanks.

Hi =?Utf-8?B?S2Fyc29u?=,

It's always best to address printing problems to the word.printing.fonts
newsgroup. This is pretty much the worst group to target, as it gets so much
traffic that some people just give up trying to monitor it.

I'm not a printing expert by any stretch of the imagination, but I can give yo
a couple of thoughts to explore

1. 33cm is larger than A4. If your printer really thinks it's "A4" that's
probably why it's balking.

2. So check with the printer manufacturer if this printer can really do what
you want it to do. And if it can, theoretically, whether they have a printer
driver update that will fix the problem.
