Print Magazine Suggestion for MS Access

D

Danny Lesandrini

I haven't picked up an Access Print Magazine in years. Dp any still exist? Any that you would recommend?

Seems like Access Advisor (formerly Office/Access/VBA/SQL/Kitchen Sink Advisor) is no longer available, per se. I used to
write for Smart Access newsletter, but they're no longer owned by Pinnacle, are they?

At any rate, does anyone have a magazine suggestion?

Danny,

Smart Access may or may not still exist, but my last encounter with the new
owners who purchased it from Pinnacle was such that I would never
re-subscribe, even if it were free.

If anyone would know it would be FMS, as they'd be the one to advertise in it.
Call 703-356-4700 and ask.

Hey, George, how you doing these days? Nice to hear from you. I reviewed your book a while back.

Aaron the ADP specialist ... how you doing these days?

Yeah, I love SQL Server and just resubscribed to SQL Server Magazine. I suppose online resources aren't bad, especially if I
can convert them to PDF and download them to my Kindle, but I'm not fond of reading large amounts of text from a computer
screen.

Could be the print magazine is going the way of the dinosaur.

nope, nobody uses acess-- anyone with a clue would have upsized to
www.sqlmag.com by now

or they'd just use one of the free websites. like

www.sqlservercentral.com
www.sqldts.com
www.sql-server-performance.com

I'm great! Back doing what I love ... Access Development.

Looking for resources to get me back up to speed on what's new.
Haven't done much with Access 2007 yet. Any suggestions on
what I might add to my nightstand ... a little light reading?
