Print Layout display

Print layout display not working correctly. Double lines of type are showing
and lines are missing in table format.

I've tried this :

which suggests turning off "Smooth edges of screen fonts" setting in Windows
display (ATI display drivers).

No luck so far. Any ideas ?!

Check the website of your graphics card's manufacturer for the newest driver.
Download and install it.
