How do i print handouts double sided in MS powerpoint??

That depends on your printer. If it can print double-sided by default,
click on the Properties button next to the Printer name in the Print dialog
box. Try to find this setting there.

If it cannot print double-sided by default, enter the numbers of the odd
pages in the Slides to print box in the Printer dialog, divided by a
semicolon (1; 3; 5; 7). After finishing the odd slide numbers, turn around
the stack of paper (test, which direction your printer needs and whether you
have to re-sort the pages) and print the even slides the same way.

Or try the program FinePrint
(http://www.fineprint.com/products/fineprint/index.html), which will give
you a lot of options.
