Have created a form for data input, created a "Print
Invoice" button...........what is the code/macro for
printing the new record that has been entered?

Have created a report called "Invoice"

to print the current record.

Although the article is for Access 2000, the information applies to Access
2002 and 2003 as well. (You never mentioned what version you are using.)
