print complete email information before sending

In the previous version of Outlook I could print out the email before I sent
it and besides the text the printed copy included: to, CC; subject, date and
attachments
With Outlook 2003 all I can print is the text
When I print put recievd emails I can get all this information
Is there a way to set Outlook to get all "header" information as well as the
text?
 
Turn off WordMail as your editor in Tools | Options | Mail Format. Save the message to Drafts. Then print.
