Print button under Office button acts like Quick Print

When we go to the Office button, then click the Print button, instead of
giving the printer dialog box, it goes right to printing, as if it's Quick
Print. Has anyone encountered this and have a possible fix?

A macro, in normal.dotm or in an add-in, could be intercepting the FilePrint
command. Did you install something recently?
