Print BMP in Header/Footer with VBA?

Print BMP in Header/Footer?

Is it possible to print a BMP Logo as part of the Header
or Footer, even if Macro was required?

Sure go to print preview, select custom header or footer and then select the
insert picture icon.

I assume Excel 2002 has that feature, sadly my company is
on 2000.
