This is a function of your printer and it's software drivers, not
PowerPoint. If your printer is able to print edge to edge on the paper
(special size), then you should be able to do this from within PowerPoint.
If, for some odd reason this does not function as you would like, you could
also try sending the slides to Word and print from there.
Almost all consumer-quality inkjet printers require a non-printed margin to
enable the printer mechanism to grasp the paper and push it thru the
machine. To make it a little more difficult, they usually also have an
en-even margin, with a small margin at the top and a large margin at the
bottom.

I'm trying to print a custom sized (5.75"x7.75") PP slide on a custom
sized (5.75"x7.75") sheet of paper. The slide contains images that span the
entire length of the sheet (edge to edge). When I print the page on my HP
PSC2210 color printer, it's prints with some sort of margin, so I don't get
the edge to edge printing I desire.
