how do i get an acces report to print 2 pages on one a4 sheet of paper
 
Hi Mwila,

The simplest way is to use a printer driver that offers this facility.
All PostScript drivers do, and many others. On the LaserJet driver on my
computer, the setting is in "Printing Preferences" and is called "Pages
per sheet".
