prgram removal

i have removed program in control box but it is still in prrogram list ho do
i remove it

Do you mean that you uninstalled a program via Control Panel->Programs and
Features->Uninstall, but the name of the program still appears in your All
Programs list?
If so, right-click on the program name in the All Programs list and select
Delete.
