Previous month date format constant

Hello I formated a cell , MMMM-YYYY. I would like this cell to always
have the previous month. in Excel 2002. THanks in advance
 
=TODAY()-DAY(TODAY())
will be the last day of the previous month.

You can format the cell any way you want.
