previewing more than one image when inserting

Hi,

I've upgraded from Outlook 2000 to 2003. Previously when inserting images
into a messages, if I highlighted more than one, those images would preview
together on the right as thumbnails. I could then select whcih one I needed.

In Outlook 2003, this doesn't work, I just get a blank grey pane on the
right. In other words I can only preview one image at time which is time
consuming. Is there a way around this?

Did you change machines or upgrade the os? when you say 'preview together on
the right' was this in outlook, windows explorer, or elsewhere?

No, didn't change machine or upgrade the os, and the preview was within
outlook itself when inserting images
