Preview Pane

Dr. Combs

I periodically create new PST files for outlook to
organize old messages; within each file I have several
folders. How can I set this up so ALL folders will
automatically show the message in preview pane? Right
now, I have to go to each folder and set each one
individually. Am using Outlook XP.

As an aside - are you using Junk Mail? I would have thought that is one
folder you DON'T want the preview pane on.
 
No, I do not use junkmail - Earthlink (my ISP) has a
robust anti spam program which is working well.
