preview mail attachments

I got a new computer with Vista Home Premium. With this system I cannot
preview any thumb nails of attachments in yahoo e-mails to my yahoo mail
account. It is NOT a yahoo problem because my old computer with XP does not
have the same problem, on it I can see the thumb nails just fine.

Toshiba says it is a MS problem and they can't help and MS wants me to pay
for support because it is an OEM installation.

Hopefully some one can help me.

On your old computer, you were likely using IE6 as your browser with which
Yahoo was fully compatible. The browser in Vista is IE7 and Yahoo may not
have updated their interface yet to make it fully compatible with IE7. You
would need to contact Yahoo to see if there is a work around and/or if they
have information on when their updating for IE7 is complete.
