Preventing mouse wheel from scrolling records in Access XP

How can I prevent end user from scrolling records with mouse wheel rotation?
I found a funtion to create an ActiveX with VB6 for Acc2k, but I think this
is not necessary for Access XP. Someone knows how to do this?

Can you suggest anything that wouldnt require a separate dll and just VBA coding behind the form load event would do the trick?
