Prevent Users from removing their machine from domain?

I have some troublesome salespeople who have since twice
removed their computers from the domain while remote.
Problem is they have to be local admins on their machines.
Is there anyway to prevent them from being able to remove
their computer from the domain?

If they must be local admins then you cannot prevent
them from taking their machines off the domain.

Why do they need to have local administrative privileges? There's
no way to stop them from removing their laptops from the domain
without removing their administrative privileges.
