There are many of us who have access to a generic email account that represents a meeting room.
When attempting to book a meeting using the 'meeting room' email address we are coming across a problem that more than one of us can book a meeting on the same day with either the same start time or at a time before the first meeting has finished.
Is there any code I could use to automatically confirm (in the form of an email) a meeting to the Meeting Organiser or reject (in the form of an email) the proposed meeting to the Meeting Organiser where the same start time has been selected or the start time is during the time of a previously booked meeting on the 'meeting room' email address.
Does anyone have any ideas please?
