Prevent Out of Office responding to Junk Mail (causes beaconing)

When Outlook's Out of Office (OoO) feature is enabled (using Exchange Server
2003), messages that are categorised as Junk Mail will still get an
auto-response. This can trigger "beaconing", where the address is then
recorded by spammers (or crackers) as a "live" address.

OoO should process Junk filtering first and not respond with OoO message for
any Junk messages.

That's why the default setting for OOA is within the domain only and NOT to
reply to Internet email.
