Prevent IE History delete

Does anyone know if I can prevent the history from being
cleared or deleted? I need to monitor my son's web sites.

I've seen in this newsgroup where the General Tab in the Internet Options
was gone because Spybot disabled it. You might check to see if Spybot will
lock the General tab. Then, your son will not be able to use the Clear
History button.
