Hello,

I've been using outlook for a while and am familar with the features. Is it
possible to set up an email so the person receiving it cannot forward?
I deal with a lot of confidential information and it would be helpful if the
receiver wouldn't be able to forward.

Thanks

Only if you use DRM within a Windows 2003 server environment AFAIK - if the
email leaves your domain, (ie onto the Internet) then no. The recipient can
do anything they want with it...

Unfortunately, once something shows up on someone's computer, there are
multiple ways for them to distribute that information. I can't see any way
to stop them.

Not if DRM is implemented within a 2003 server domain AFAIK....but DRM only
works in a 2003 Server domain AFAIK...

Well if they are going to resort to that then the OP has a SERIOUS
problem...
