J Jason Morin Mar 4, 2005 #2 Although it has its limitations, Validation is one way: 1. Select the range. 2. Go to Data > Validation. 3. Under "Allow" select "Whole Number". 4. Fill in the "Min" with 0 and "Max" with 99999. HTH Jason Atlanta, GA
