Hi,

I have a problem of receiving duplicate emails from my corporate mail
server.

Basically I am on multiple mailing lists. If an email is sent to two
mailing lists to which i subscribed, I'll receive two copies of the same
email. I know it can be configured at the server to send out only one
copy, but that's beyond my control.

Just wondering if there is any easy way to do this in Outlook 2003? I
took a look at the mail rules but it doesn't seem to offer this kind of
functionality...

Sorry for asking this silly question. I figured out the duplicate emails
are actually caused by my custom rules in Outlook 2003.

I set up rules to move emails from different mailing lists to respective
folders. Unfortunately I forgot to skip other rules when one rule has a
match. So the end result is if two rules match the same email, one copy
will be created each for the specific rule folder.
