Prevent accidental delete of personal folders

Howdy guys

More than once I have had a folder deleted due to a cursor being in the
wrong place (i.e. it's at folder level, while you can scroll a message and
foolishly assume that you're removing the message and not the folder when you
hit delete). Is there any way in Outlook 2003 to protect personal folders
from deletion in the same way as the Inbox is protected?
